Crusher Manganese Steels Limited also incorporates Cepcor a long standing competitor acquired in 2005 from the South African OZZ Foundry Group; Goodwin Barsby (an Original Equipment Manufacturer of Crushing & Screening plant who were acquired in 2006 from Metso Minerals) and Baguley Precision Engineers Limited, acquired in 2009, a wholly owned subsidiary.
