Crusher Manganese Steels Limited also incorporates Cepcor a long standing competitor founded in 1975 and acquired in 2005 from the South African OZZ foundry group; Goodwin Barsby (an original equipment manufacturer of crushing & screening plant who were acquired in 2006 from Metso Minerals) and Baguley Precision Engineers Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary acquired in 2009.
