Sheepbridge Rotor Rebuild

CMS Cepcor have manufactured and supplied a genuine rotor shaft during the rebuild of a rotor assembly for a Sheepbridge 4462 RIB impactor operated by leading supplier of cement, readymix concrete, mortars, screeds, aggregates and asphalt products.
CMS Cepcor crusher engineers have inspected each component of the rotor assembly to original manufacturing drawings to assess for re-use, refurbishment or replacement with new parts.
Cost effective refurbishment of the end rotor discs has also been undertaken in our UK machine shop to minimise downtime and repair costs.
The rotor assembly was re-assembled by CMS Cepcor factory trained crusher engineers considering original tolerances.
The intellectual property covering the range of Sheepbridge reversible impact breakers is solely owned by CMS Cepcor and we are the only authorised supplier of parts to suit these machines.
