Svedala Hydrocone Repair

CMS Cepcor have completed urgent breakdown repairs to a Svedala H2000 Hydrocone topshell for the UK’s largest supplier of aggregates to the construction industry.
The topshell was safely removed from site by CMS Cepcor crusher engineers and transported to our crusher workshops for dimensional inspection and non-destructive crack testing.
The topshell was then restored to factory dimensional tolerance in our UK machine shop including re-qualifying the concave seat, remedial repairs to worn spider and machining mating face.
CMS Cepcor crusher engineers returned to site to install the topshell and re-commission the crusher within 48 hours of removal.
