Contract Addendum
CMS Cepcor has been awarded additional quarries to an existing major Contract covering the supply of Premium Manganese Crusher Wear Parts to the Largest Granite Production Site in Europe.
CMS Cepcor will supply Crusher Wear Parts, Crusher Spare Parts and Service covered by the contract addendum to the additional quarries within the same UK aggregate & concrete group.
The quarries operate a range of cone crushers originally manufactured by Metso and Pegson.
The original contract followed extensive trials of CMS Cepcor Wear Parts over a number of years; independently proving the life costs benefits of CMS Cepcor Parts.
Particular success was achieved on the Primary Gyratory Crusher using CMS Cepcor Premium Manganese Wear Parts. The Concave Segments fitted on Rows 1 & 2 were supplied in our Premium Grade M21% material extending the wear life of the Segments by approximately 50% (equating to several million tonnes) over the previous supplier.
The Primary Gyratory Crusher is followed by various Secondary and Tertiary Cone Crushers that are also supplied by CMS Cepcor under the agreement on a consignment stock basis.
In addition to the proven performance and life cost benefits of our products we were also able to demonstrate approved quality systems, substantial stock holding, financial stability and a commitment to continual investment, health & Safety and social responsibility.
