Pegson 1100x650 Premiertrak

CMS Cepcor have been contracted to complete major repairs to a Terex-Pegson Premiertrak jaw crusher operated by a Limestone quarry based in Yorkshire.
The 1100x650 jaw crusher was stripped to component form in our crusher workshops, cleaned and then inspected to assess each component for re-use, repair or replacement with new parts.
The jawstock and mainframe bearing bores will be restored to original factory tolerance in our UK machine shop.
CMS Cepcor crusher engineers will then re-build the crusher using new UK manufactured eccentric shaft and bearing spacers along with a full set of new SKF spherical roller bearings.
