Terex-Pegson XA400 Repair

CMS Cepcor have been contracted to complete major repairs to a Terex-Pegson XA400 Premiertrak jaw crusher by a crushing and screening plant hire company.
The 1100x650 jaw crusher was stripped to component form in our crusher workshops, cleaned, NDT crack tested and then inspected to assess each component for re-use, repair or replacement with new parts.
CMS Cepcor crusher engineers will now re-build the crusher using new UK manufactured bearing spacers along with a full set of new SKF spherical roller bearings.
CMS Cepcor crusher engineers will also complete rebuild of the worn clutch assembly and fit new crusher wear parts.
