Symons Nordberg 5½' Shd

CMS Cepcor have completed breakdown repairs to a Symons Nordberg 5½' Shorthead operated by one of the largest limestone quarries in the UK.
As preferred suppliers for crusher wear parts & spare parts and ancillary goods and services, CMS Cepcor crusher engineers stripped the countershaft box assembly in our crusher workshops and inspected to manufacturing drawings.
The countershaft box was restored to original factory tolerance in our UK machine shop and CMS Cepcor crusher engineers re-assembled using new countershaft, countershaft box bushes, seals, piston rings, oil flinger and main drive pulley all taken from our vast stock inventory.
The CMS Cepcor product range includes crusher spare parts and wear parts to suit the entire range of cone crushers from 2' through to 7' in both Standard and Shorthead configurations, together with parts to suit the 36" & 48" Gyradiscs.
In addtion to common crusher spare parts and wear parts CMS Cepcor holds in stock all the major components to suit the Symons type cone crushers including, head & shaft assemblies, bowl liner bowls, adjustment rings and mainframes often with the added cost saving option of reconditioned service exchange parts
