New Service Centre

The CMS Cepcor Group are delighted to have secured a further site in Coalville to expand their operations. The new 3.2 Acre site including 50,000 ft² of industrial buildings is situated within 1 Mile of their current Global HQ, Parts Centre, Technical Centre (Manufacturing), and existing Service Facility.  The new premises are earmarked to house their new service headquarters, allowing for further expansion of all areas of the group’s activities at their three existing operating Coalville sites. Metso® HP400

Out with the old, and in with the new…. The CMS Cepcor® service team have completed the install of a new Metso® Nordberg HP400 cone crusher at a large local granite quarry. The new crusher supplied by CMS Cepcor® replaces another Nordberg HP400 cone crusher that had suffered major component failure. From initial inspections on Saturday identifying the damage to the old crusher, the crusher sale was subsequently concluded on Sunday to minimise downtime, with removal of old crusher, initial install and re-configuration of the new crusher commencing on Monday. Sandvik® CS660 conversion

CMS Cepcor® have recently completed the major re-build, conversion, installation and commissioning of a Sandvik® CH660 crusher to a CS660 for a large gold mining company. CMS Cepcor® were selected as the genuine alternative to the OEM as our re-build and conversion proposal offered significant costs savings versus purchasing a new Superior® type crusher. The customer’s decommissioned Sandvik® CH660 was returned to our Coalville crusher service facility in need of major re-build having crushed millions of tons of gold ore.
